How It Works

 

 

Participants work with me over a focused period where we:

 

• Identify opportunities in the market

• Analyse potential deals together

• Review properties that meet the criteria

• Break down negotiations and decision-making

• Understand what separates a potential deal from a real one
 

Where a property meets the criteria, our company will purchase it and then implement the auction strategy.
 

When those properties are sold, and a profit is made, participants involved in sourcing the opportunity will receive a share of that profit.

 

The focus is always on real transactions, not hypothetical examples.

Places are limited and I work with a small group at a time.

 

Because of the level of involvement, I also avoid having multiple participants operating in the same trading areas.
